Noir® Lash Lounge was founded in 2008 with its first location opening in Vancouver, Canada by founder Joyce Poon.
What started as a hobby, grew and expanded organically and into 5 locations across Canada and the US. Noir® developed its own brand of adhesives and lashes and has provided over 200,000 sets of eyelash extensions. In 2013, the company expanded into the false eyelash category and has produced two capsule collections and is developing a third.
